FreeDietTips.org was created because we noticed that there where more diets than there where days in the year (for the next 10 years I’m sure). Whilst you could try every diet under the sun with no success in shedding the weight permenantly, and most people do, the reason why we wanted to create this free diet tips site is  just to give you no-nonsense advice that you can follow on dieting without having to buy into the next dieting fad.

We believe that enough is enough when it comes to crappy fad diets that are spread across the media and the world these days. They’re are just expensive scams that continue to make people unhealthier by enticing people go on diets that cause only short term weight loss, malnutrition and sometimes even make people gain more weight that when they first started as soon as they get off the “diet”.

The team here have all been overweight in the past and have also tried many fad diets over the years, also lost weight (and gained weight, depending on the diet) through these types of stupid fad diets that cut whole food groups out or even heavily restricted their calories. In the end what made us lose weight and maintain a healthy slimmer body, was nothing more than a natural healthy eating plan where your focus was on eating more of the all natural foods that you can eat and not what you can’t eat.
